Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance as required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted In general, the project shall consist of selective demolition and new construction including, but not limited to: Sewer Treatment Plant Replacement and electrical work as required to perform the work under this Contract for Oak Grove Schools and to properly join, connect and finish the new work to bring all to final, finished completion in first class manner ready for use by the Owner, all in strict accordance with Contract Documents including plans and specifications as prepared by Lathan Associates Architects, P. C., Hoover, Alabama; and shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the proper completion of the building and other work as called for in the drawings and / or specifications dated June 1, 2023.
