Reference Number 00003609869 WHRM wishes to establish a roster of qualified contractors who can provide the services listed within this RFQ on an as-needed project basis to remedy dangerous or unsightly premises located within WHRM, as determined by the Administrator, and as required, ordered by Regional Council, for a period of three (3) years. Services required Services Required may include: (a) the removal of: • partly demolished, decayed, deteriorated material; • ashes, junk, cleanings of yard or other rubbish or refuse; • derelict vehicles, vessels, items of equipment or machinery or parts thereof; • wood shavings, paper, sawdust, dry and flammable grass, weeds, or other combustible material; or • any other thing that has been considered dangerous, unsightly, unhealthy, or offensive to a person; (b) the demolition of a property, building or structure; (c) the removal of all debris, backfilling of any foundation, crawl space, and disconnecting any and all utility connections to the standard set by each respective utility service provider so as to leave the property in a neat, tidy, environmentally compliant and safe condition; or (d) The repair of the exterior of a building including any attachment thereto.
