Clark County is requesting time and material quotes for metal fabricating services on an as needed basis at the pedestrian bridges at the intersections of Spring Mountain Road / Sands Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard South, Flamingo Road and Las Vegas Boulevard South and Harmon Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard South and Park/MGM and Las Vegas Boulevard South and Tropicana and Las Vegas Boulevard South. This quote will be used as a pricing guideline by which the selected Contractor shall quote the cost of actual projects as they are requested by Clark County. The term of this contract will be from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 or until a formal bid is awarded pursuant to 332.039.1(a), whichever occurs first. Purchase Order(s) will be issued on an as needed basis and for a total not to exceed of $100,000 for the term stated above. This quote does not encompass Prevailing Wage projects. Award of this quote will be to the lowest responsive and responsible Contractor as determined by the rates offered below. When requested by Clark County, Contractor shall submit a Traffic Control Plan for any work that requires a laneclosure. All costs for traffic control shall be at a fixed cost per plan for each applicable project and be represented on the project specific quote document for Clark County's approval. A Clark County Business license is required. Contractor shall not commence any work until project specific quote document has been approved by Clark County in writing
