The Province is requesting Proposals for the provision of general repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, new construction, renovations and inspections of several Wildfire facilities in the Calgary and Rocky Mountain House regions. The facilities are spread throughout southern Alberta and consist of a total of four (4) fire bases, four (4) staging camps, twenty-two (22) fire lookouts and two (2) air tanker bases. The successful Proponent must be able to work in a variety of challenging environments including remote mountain top sites, fire camps, air tanker bases, and communication stations. The pricing for the performance of the Services described in this RFP are on a Fixed Price basis, including all expenses. Anticipated Start Date: December 1st, 2023 Anticipated End Date: March 31st, 2026 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
