This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Everett, Massachusetts. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The work under this contract consists of landscaping services within the City of Everett, as well as any incidental work necessary to complete the work under this Contract, as required by the City. Provide landscaping services at locations within the city, schools, parks, municipal buildings, etc. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount Bid. The successful Bidder must furnish a Labor and Materials Payment Bond satisfactory in form to the City, each in the amount of 50% of the Contract Amount from a surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and acceptable to the City. Wage rates for this project are subject to the minimum wage rates as per M.G.L., Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27H inclusive, as amended. The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M, as amended. Bids shall be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The City of Everett reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids, for any reason the City determines to be in the City's and/or the public's best interest. Bids will be accepted until that date and time.
