Hopewell Township reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of Hopewell Township and to reject any or all proposals. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. The Project consists of roadway improvements throughout Hopewell Township. The base bid includes improvements to twenty-one (21) roads throughout the Township, with various improvements including a combination of milling, surface treatment, base repair, and overlay. The alternate bid projects, if awarded, consists of eighteen (18) additional roads and all associated work. Question Deadline 07/13/2023 at 4:00 PM ET The estimated cost for this project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. The Work will be substantially complete on or before September 1, 2024, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before October 1, 2024.
