Site work for a civil project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project contemplated herein consists of the Contractor removing the existing liners, preparing the concrete surface, and installing the new liner for IPS Wet Well #3 in the Thickening Facility (Bldg. 256). The completed system shall provide a water- and gas-tight, corrosion-resistant lining that restores the walls and ceiling to original surface levels. The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing and installing scaffolding or other means within the wet wells necessary to perform the work and removing same after completion of the work. Prior to surface preparation, the Contractor shall be responsible for removing the mixer rails, level monitoring wiring and floats, and similar equipment for IPS Wet Well #3. The Contractor shall be responsible for reinstalling all equipment.
