The rate of interest shall be the legal prevailing rate at the time of non payment St. Clair Brooks Park Skatepark Construction The successful Bidder shall email to the Owner at a Performance Bond and a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond in a form acceptable to the Owner and each in an amount required by the Contract Documents in Section A, Information for Bidders, as security for the faithful performance of the Contract, and the payment of all persons performing labor and furnishing materials in connection with this Contract. Bidders shall visit the site and inspect the areas where improvements are proposed prior to submission of his/her bid. The time for completion of this Contract shall be as fixed in the Owner-Contractor Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in the Owner-Contractor Agreement, or Specifications, liquidated damages for non-completion within the stipulated time shall be Four-Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($413.00) per calendar day for Substantial Completion and Two-Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($275.00) per calendar day for Final Completion.
