Contract#: 23-25-1-002 Federal# / IRIS Program#: N/A / 23-25-1-002 Region: Central Region This State-funded project is to perform asphalt paving and maintenance work on State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities roadways within the Kenai Peninsula District boundaries, on an as-needed basis. The State may opt to offer renewal of this contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of $500,000 and a performance bond in the amount of $500,000 as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract. The apparent successful bidder must execute the said contract and bonds within ten (10) calendar days, or such further time as may be allowed in writing by the Contracting Officer, after receiving notification of the acceptance of their bid.
