Demolition and site work for a residential development in Stanley, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
r the demolition and removal of a structure located at 109 1st Avenue SE. The scope of work shall include demolition of a 920 square foot 1 1/2 story residential structure, including removal of the foundation and any personal property left at the site. A demolition permit and asbestos testing will be required, andany asbestos will be removed prior to demolition. Work shall also include off-site disposal of all demolition debris, capping the water and sewer lines, and the cleanup of the immediate site and backfill of excavations back to level grade including 4" of black dirt and seeded grass. Contractors and any subcontractors must hold a general contractor license with the State of ND and the City of Stanley. The contractor or subcontractor must be licensed to do underground water and sewer disconnects The City of Stanley/City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any defects therein.
