The jobsite is located at the San Dieguito Santa Fe 3-4-5-6 Flow Control Facility (FCF) located at 18626 Aliso Canyon Road, Rancho Santa Fe, California. The service area of existing single-ply roof was installed approximately 30 years ago and is approximately 2,800 square feet. Work shall be performed during Water Authority business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., unless prior arrangements are made with Water Authority. The Water Authority will provide daily access to the jobsite during construction activities. The Water Authority intends to perform a daily inspection of the work to ensure that the work is performed in accordance with Paragraph C of this of work. Contractor shall not proceed until the final inspections are performed and approved in writing by the Water Authority for the following: a. Existing structural deck condition assessment b.
