Renovation of a municipal facility in Warren, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Warren County Courthouse Exterior Restoration Phase II. The work consists of a single prime contract for General Construction for exterior masonry restoration and painting of metal pediments, cornices, and wood window frames and interior painting of the courtroom ceiling. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a certified check, or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount with the Warren County Commissioners named as Payee or Obligee. Should any bidder to whom Notice of Intent of Award has been issued fail to, or otherwise be unable to, or, refuse to properly execute a contract within ten (10) days of such notice, then the proposal security shall be forfeited and become the property of Warren County Commissioners. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount equal to 100% of the contract sum. Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates are posted for this project. The Warren County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any item or combination of items contained in any bid, to waive any irregularities in conjunction with any bid, and to accept that bid, or part thereof, which is deemed most advantageous to the Warren County Commissioners at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
