Renovation of a municipal facility in Woodland, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor to remove and properly dispose of all roofing material in its entirety down to the existing concrete substrate at all walls, curbs, pipe penetrations, and base flashing locations along with associated metals. Properly repair any spalling present in the existing deck after the demo process. Clean and prep the existing substrate to receive new roofing system. Remove metal roof panels that terminate at tie-in locations of the low slope roof area being replaced. Install new prefabricated PVC coated flashing and ties into metal roof section. Install new specified waterproofing membrane. Install new standing seam metal panel along with all new prefabricated associated metals. Fully adhered specified 1 inch Polyiso insulation. Fully adhere 1/2 " recover board. Properly sump drains. Fully adhere specified PVC Roof membrane with all new associated metals. Install ne prefabricated counter-flashing to existing reglet at all wall base flashing termination. Existing conduit/ electrical/ gas lines are to be raised/ attach to fit new pipe support at minimum 10" above finished roof height.
