The proposed project is for debris removal from the Village Inn site including the debris in the buildings, the rooms, and the property. Provide the City with a contract that meets all requirements of this project. o Attend and coordinate a kick-off meeting with City Staff in order to clarify the City's requirements for the project. o Remove from the rooms all appliances, floor coverings, drop ceilings, food, clothing, furniture, and all unsecured items. o Remove from the buildings and property all debris and unsecured items. o Proposal to include a price per yard for the material removed Proposer must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $250.00 for each consecutive calendar days Notice to Proceed - August 23, 2023 by City (date to be confirmed after contract issigned) Final Completion Date - September 23, 2023 (30 days from the Notice to Proceed) Each proposal must be accompanied by Certification of Contractor Regarding Iran Divestment Act, Certification of Contractor Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity (Title VI of the Civil Rights act), Drug-Free Workplace Affidavit, and Statement of Compliance Certificate - Illegal Immigrants.
