Beacon Courts Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations Phase III Complete renovation of the kitchens and bathrooms of 52 apartments. Project Program Availability 6/28/23 @ 9:00 A.M. via email to cmcguire@lawrencehousing.org Time Period for Completed Project 1 YEAR The intent of this project is to demolish the kitchens and bathrooms to the point that the framing components are exposed. The work in the kitchens will require demolition, the installation of insulation as needed, new drywall, ceilings, kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, floorcovering, baseboard, etc. The work in the bathrooms will require demolition, the installation insulation as needed, new drywall, ceilings, sub-floor as needed, tubs and tub surrounds, toilets, vanity tops and bottoms, floorcovering, baseboard, shower faucets/valves, medicine cabinets, towel bars, shower bars, bathroom fan/light combo, etc. The apartments will be occupied throughout the entirety of the work. The contractor will be responsible for providing a stove, sink, running water, a toilet and a tub at the end of each workday.
