Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fenwick, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor for the purpose of replacing both road base and surface of both asphalt and surface treated roads located Town wide within the Town of Pelham. This contract will include the items as specified in the schedule of quantities. All works are to include all necessary material and labour to complete each item, unless specified otherwise. In addition to this, the successful contractor will also be responsible for providing all traffic control and providing a minimum of 24-hour notice to residences within the associated construction limits when access will not be available or restricted.
