Site work for a water / sewer project in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Circulated heating water cured cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 3,100 linear feet (LF) of 54 inch (IN) sanitary sewer interceptor, with a Bid alternative for ultraviolet (UV) light cured CIPP of the 3,100 LF of 54 IN sanitary sewer interceptor, and all associated work including, but not limited to, bypass pumping, sewer cleaning, and sewer televising. A second Bid alternative is included for sewer cleaning and televising of approximately 1,150 LF of 72 IN sanitary sewer interceptor. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Town of Brookfield Sanitary District No. 4 reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Prospective Bidders are required to complete and submit a prequalification questionnaire with supporting documents to OWNER (see Instructions to Bidders).
