Consultant will perform the following services ("Work"): Provide preliminary engineering (30% Design) and NEPA environmental assessment, land survey, geotechnical engineering and environmental services for its University Park Crew Facility Project as set forth in the Exhibits attached hereto. Questions Due Date Jul 3rd 2023, 2:00 PM CDT Metra shall have the right to reject any and all such conditions and/or exceptions and instruct the proposer to amend its proposal and remove said conditions and/or exceptions; and any proposer failing to do so may cause Metra to find the proposal to subsequently be outside the competitive range.
