The City is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to provide Engineering, Urban Design, and Construction consulting services for the Re-Imagine Central Park Phases 1 and 2 Project, which includes some public engagement. The purpose is to select a consultant with park, trail, skate park/wheeled sport, recreation design, and geotechnical planning experience. A claim has been made by the City against the consultant regarding previous performance under an agreement with the City, including claims under a security submitted by the consultant, such as a Bid Deposit, Performance Bond or Materials and Labour Bond. The City may elect at its sole discretion to accept or reject any proposal or part thereof and to waive any defect or irregularity in any Proposal and to accept or reject any Proposal, in whole or in part. The City may reject any or all proposals,cancel the RFP, or cancel and re-issue the RFP in whole or in part on the same or different terms at any time.
