This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following project: The work involves the installation of a new IRMA roof assembly. The existing ballast and insulation is to be removed, and a new two-ply modified bitumen roof membrane installed. The membrane assembly is to be completed with drainage layer, extruded polystyrene, geotextile fabric, sheet metal, and ballast.
