McCormack Renovation and Modernization. This Project consists of a multi-floor renovation of a 21-story office building. The scope of work involves a total of approximately 13,400 square feet on 3 separate floors for 4 distinct state agencies. Areas of renovation generally include offices, open workstation areas, conference and hearing rooms, support spaces and kitchenettes payment and performance bonds in an amount equal to or greater than one hundred and ten percent (110%) The separate Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise (MBE & WBE) participation goals for this project are: 6.5% MBE and 7.2 % WBE of the GMP Estimated Total Project Duration: 450 calendar days Estimated Total Overall Project Construction Cost : $20,500,000
