Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lac La Biche, Alberta. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The Work comprises of, but is not limited to, approximately: Underground Electrical Conduit 112 m Remove Curb and Gutter 5 m Topsoil and Subsoil 33 m3 Borrow Excavation 100 m3 600 mm dia. C.S.P. Culverts 20 m ACP 17 tons Broadcast Seeding 0.012 Ha Rolled Erosion Matting 25 m The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Pedestrian Crossing Signals, - Concrete curb removal , - Concrete Sidewalk(1.5 m width) - Pararamp, - Stripping, - Borrow Excavation, - Granular Base Course, - Asphalt Concrete Pavement, - Topsoil Replacement, - Broadcast Seeding, - Rolled Erosion Matting Class A, - Existing Pavement Lines Removal, - Durable Markings - Pedestrian Crossing, - Supply and install signs and posts, - Other work as indicated in the unit price schedule and special provisions. TIMELINE: Tender from general contractors issued in 2023 was subsequently cancelled by the owner. The project is expected to be re-tendered once funding has been approved (timelines unknown). Further update may be available mid-/late 2025.
