Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dothan, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Dothan City Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities in awarding this bid. The Board of Education will be the sole judge of quality and equality of several bid proposals and to award the service to the lowest responsible bidder. Verify walk-in freezer dimensions and shelving layout fit within space provided Site Addresses: Girard Primary School - 522 Girard Ave, Dothan, Alabama 36303 Heard Elementary School - 201 Daniel Circle, Dothan. Alabama 36301 Head Start Center - 900 West Powell St, Dothan, Alabama 36303 2. Completely install walk-in freezer in space provided (install refrigeration lines, charge system, and drain lines) 3. Provide final wiring and hook-up of time clock, heaters, and lights; verify electrical requirements. 4. Provide trim to enclose walk-in to building walls. 5. Provide all refrigeration, plumbing and electrical penetrations through the box and building wall. (All penetrations to be sealed air tight and water tight). 6. Remove all cartons and crates. 7. Provide shelving as specified and completely erect shelving as per layout provided.
