Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Pickering, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The Region is inviting Bids from pre-qualified contractors for the Construction of Equipment Storage Building at the Duffin Creek Water Pollution Control Plant located at 901 McKay Road, Pickering, as further described in Section A of the RFTC Particulars (Appendix A) (the Deliverables). - Design and construction of new pre-fabricated steel building with the minimum dimensions as shown in the Contract drawings and specifications complete with all specified cladding, accessories and structural and architectural elements; - Construction of concrete foundation for new building; - Excess soil removal and site grading; - New HVAC and BAS system along with required tie-in to existing Plant system; - New security access, CCTV cameras and communication systems along with tie-in to existing Plant systems (including Plant SCADA system); - New electrical room, electrical equipment and lighting systems; - New overhead crane system; - New plumbing and sanitary sewer system and tie-in to existing Plant system; Site Works: - Preparation of Laydown Area; - Grading as per drawings; - Building of new road /driveway, parking, and walkways.
