The project involves conceptual, preliminary, and final design to create traffic calming treatments, improve bicycle facilities and connection to Dalla Mountain Park from 25th Street, improve sidewalks and connectivity, upgrade curb ramps to ADA compliance and installation of new ADA compliant curb ramps as required, and improve or create new crossings along Junction Street from W 3rd Avenue to County Road 204 as shown in Exhibit A.
