The foundation and floor are concrete, and the structure consists of structural steel columns, beams, and open web joists. The roofing is a single ply membrane system. A screen wall is to be constructed at the rear consisting of metal studs, wood sheathing and Hardie siding. A service bar with granite top is planned at the back of the pavilion. Painting as indicated. No mechanical or plumbing work. Limited electrical work is included. The building pad and soil compacting needs to be completed. Removal of the existing wooden fence between the Swamparium and Dean Hall will be performed by owner. Ceiling fans needs to be purchased and installed ($475 allowance per fan). Brand and Model to be chosen by Owner. All lights installed need to be dimmable All bids shall be entered in ink or typewritten and shall remain firm for a period of not less than sixty (60) days. The Successful Bidder shall agree that if the Work, or any part thereof, is not completed within the time agreed and indicated in the Contract Document that he shall be liable to the County in the amount of Four Hundred and 00/100, ($400.00) Dollars per day for each and every calendar day the completion of the Work is delayed beyond the time provided in the Contract Question Deadline 07/14/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Offerors requiring additional information may submit their questions via electronically.
