Work includes creation of 3-D digital models for projects such as transportation, recreation, and interactive media content for use with project web sites. 3.Building Structures Engineering-Building structures inspection, studies, planning, engineering, and construction plan development. 4.Construction Management-Management, inspection, and evaluation of public improvement construction projects. 5.Environmental Graphic Design-Architectural and industrial design; design, fabrication and installation as related to signage and exhibits 6.Geotechnical Testing -Engineering analysis, construction inspection, subsurface investigation, laboratory testing and engineering analysis and design services for public improvement projects.** Successful Offerorswill be offered separate contracts with the City of Cincinnati, City of Cincinnati MSD, Hamilton County, and the University of Cincinnati. 7.Highway Engineering-Right-of-way studies, planning, engineering, and construction plan development. 8.Highway Structures Engineering-Bridge and retaining wall inspection, studies, planning, engineering, construction plan development, Highway Structures construction management and inspection, right of way plats and legal descriptions, railroad coordination, responding to RFI's, reviewing shop drawings, and preparing as-built drawings. 9.Historic Architecture/Archeological Services -Analysis, evaluation, study, and remediation of historic resources for public projects involving Federal funding. 10.Interior Design -Analysis, evaluation, planning, and design of commercial interior finishes. 11.Landscape Architecture and Urban Design-Landscape studies and design for public projects. Urban design studies and planning, streetscapes, parking analysis, market,and economic studies. 12.Materials Testing -Material testing and inspection services for public improvement construction projects. 13.Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection/Electrical-Analysis, evaluation, planning, and design of Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection/Electrical systems. 14.Pavement Management and Research-Install and maintain a MicroPaver pavement management system using an automated data collection system, including inspections, digital photographs, and research on various pavement preservation methods. 15.Railroad Engineering Services-Assistance with City's railroad related projects, evaluation of railroad related issues and opinions, recommendations,and assistance to the city in project design and construction, technical advice regarding railroad operations and facilities, attendance at coordination meetings with railroads. 16.Railroad Planning Services-Review and identification of the City's railroad objectives and interests, assessment of rail carrier interests and positions, and technical advice regarding railroad operations and facilities. 17.Surveying & Mapping-Land surveying, topographic surveying, geodetic surveying, and mapping and charting services. 18.Technical Testing/Inspection -Specialized structural inspection, testing, monitoring and/or analysis. 19.Traffic Engineering-Traffic data collection and analysis, roadway lighting, signalization, signage, and pavement marking. 20.Fire Facade Inspections-Facade examinations of building five stories in height or 60 feet tall, whichever is less,in accordance with City of Cincinnati Code of Ordinances/TITLE XI -Cincinnati Building Code/Chapter 1127 -General Inspection Program/Section 1127-03 -Facades of Tall Buildings. 21.Streetcar Planning and Design-Analysis, study, evaluation, engineering, planning and other related services to aid, maintain, and advance Streetcar Services, Safety, and Security.
