Reference Number 0000348200 The scope of this project is for the complete removal and replacement of the existing UPS at Weld County's 35th Tower. This will be a turnkey lump sum project and will include all necessary scopes to remove and replace the existing units. Scopes will include but not limited to, Demo, Equipment Procurement, Design, Programming, Electrical, Mechanical and or any additional service needed to provide a fully functional UPS system that is integrated within the existing Weld County data room system(s). Included in this bid is the full renovation of two rooftop units that will be located as specified on the plans. Contractor will be responsible for procuring and executing all scopes of work as outlined and specified in the projects contract documents that have been provided during this bid request per the attachments outlined above and this scope of work. This will include but not be limited to all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the total scope of work. It is the contractor's responsibility at the time of bid submission to ensure that all project specifications and requirements have been included per the project documents provided.
