Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ronan, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items: o Installation of new 8-inch and 6-inch water mains; o Connection to existing 12-inch, 8-inch & 6-inch water mains; o Temporary water main bypass; o Reconnection of existing water service lines and appurtenances; o Installation of new valves, fittings, and fire hydrants; o Cut and cap existing water mains; o Utility Crossings; o Restoration of public right-of-way, private parking lots and lawns o Lake County Fairgrounds Water and Sewer Improvements, 4-inch water main, sewer service lines, and lift station. This work includes the furnishing and installation of equipment, materials, and related appurtenances in the following trades: piping, concrete, landscaping, paving, and other related trades. The work will be done under a single contract.
