Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Strasbourg, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,046-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work will involve the construction a new 283 m2 open air pavilion located at Rowan's Ravine Provincial Park. The pavilion consists of a main and satellite structure constructed on a reinforced concrete pad along with electrical and site developments. Emailed tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10 per cent of the tender and consent of surety letter. Deadline for Questions July 17, 2023 Further information can be obtained by directing inquiries to Connor Nagel at: VConstruction@gov.sk.ca There will not be a public opening on this tender. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received. That the actual work must be commenced not later than August 20, 2023 and the Contractor shall prosecute the work as determined by the Minister. The rate of progress must be such that the whole will be completed, on or before December 31, 2024 or such later date as the Minister for any reason may determine.
