Owner is looking to construct a medical clinic with the following spaces: 6 Clinic rooms Clean and dirty service rooms Staff room Administration area Waiting area Washrooms Others not listed to support the clinics needs The SHA has engaged Henry Downing Architects to design the space as needed. The work shall include construction activities related to requirements from architectural, electrical, mechanical, and other engineering design services including positioning of SHA furniture, fixtures, and equipment to build a Medical Clinic in Martensville in order to make it patient and family focused with high standards for safety, and care. The Construction Manager will be part of project from start to finish, and the construction phase is estimated to last for 4 to 6 months. The Construction Manager will work collaboratively with external Design Team and SHA Project Manager to manage the schedule, cost, and scope. Construction Manager should have extensive experience in similar health care environment. The successful Proponent shall provide construction related management and expertise (services) during the design, construction, commissioning and post-construction stages of the Project as outlined in this RFP.
