New water connection. .10 Pod building: removal and disposal to approved disposal site of the complete structure, foundation, floors, roof, walls, mechanical, electrical, lighting, communications, all debris inside and adjacent to the work site and backfill. .11 Entrance sign and light: removal, disposal to approved disposal site and backfill.
