Site Directions: Water storage tank is located on Hailey Road in Berryville, Arkansas approximately 0.6 miles north of U.S. Highway 62. The project consists of the following: o Sandblast and Re-paint the interior and exterior of the 3 million gallon ground storage tank off of Hailey Road in Berryville, Arkansas. o Modifications to install a dynamic mixing system on the tank inlet. o Installation of floor mounted active mixing unit and all required wiring. o Modifications to tank including replacement of bolted connections with welded supports on support beams, replacement of interior ladder, modifications to overflow pipe, miscellaneous welding improvements, and roof vent improvements. o Installation of gate valves in pipe yard and check valve with vault on yard piping. Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A prebid site visit will be scheduled at a future date and time to be determined.
