The one excepon is that the Town shall provide Item 381.3 Service Box Adjusted riser materials. Contractor shall submit informaon for all materials to the Town for approval fieen (15) days before starng work. MISCELLANEOUS WORK LUMP SUM Modify, protect and restore landscaped island to match with new sidewalk at staon 15+85, house #374, and staon 3+75, house #250, modify, protect and restore. Remove and dispose of all woody debris encountered or roots pruned in areas outside of the stump and tree removal items, throughout the project. Remove and dispose of metal posts at staon 24+25. Remove any reflectorized marking scks and place on the homeowner lawn in a neat pile. Place a paper noficaon on homeowners front door handle one week in advance of and lisng the dates that work will happen and reminding them to mark any irrigaon in front of their property. All layout and survey required to perform the work. Remove and stack bricks on homeowners' property at house #350 staon 13+75. Traffic cones and barrels for traffic control and warning tape or devices to protect the work. Payment is bid price per one lump sum. Item 2. - IRRIGATION LINE REPAIR FOOT Irrigaon lines in the area of the work that are found to need relocaon or get damaged shall be repaired to work before the area is back filled. The appropriate piping, couplers and heat applicaon shall be considered incidental to this pay item. If irrigaon heads are damaged the property owner will provide a new one. Payment is the bid price per foot of irrigaon line repaired.
