Phone: (914) 693-8898 and e-mail: stephanier@stillyarchitect.com. structural repairs to wood framing; construction of new wood-framed ell; replacing wood shingles and shakes; masonry repointing; installation of gutters & leaders; and restoration of wood windows and interior finishes, including plaster and reinstallation of wood floors Each bidder must deposit with their bid a certified check of not less than 5% of the base bid or a bid bond Under Article 15A, Executive Law, the State of New York is committed to providing Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) equal opportunity to participate in government contracts. The following goals have been set for this project: 13% of the contract value for MBEs and 17% of the contract value for WBEs The Town Board further reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
