The City of Charlottesville is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors to establish a term contract for landscape maintenance at ten (10) school sites in the City of Charlottesville. The contract term is limited to one year beginning date of ratified contract with four (4) additional one year renewal options or until the cumulative total contract fees reach the maximum amount of $199,999.99, whichever occurs first. Quotations in response to this RFQ will be received For Furnishing The Goods/Services Described Herein.
