Question Deadline 07/19/2023 at 2:00 PM ET The City of Greenville is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms (the Consultant) to provide surveying and geographic information system (GIS) services for the City's storm water infrastructure system. The proposal requires the contractor to submit a work plan for collection of elevation data, condition assessment of structures in a modified MACP format, pipe connectivity, QC process, process for transferring existing facility ID data into new geodatabase schema via legacy ID field, and photographic images for inlets and junction boxes and associated piping in Drainage Basins delineated and identified by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals City believes it is in the community's best interest to assist minority - and women-owned business enterprises (M/WBEs) to develop fully, in furtherance of the City's policies and programs which are designed to promote balanced economic and community growth. City adopts the State of South Carolina's goal for participation of M/WBEs: 10% of annual controllable procurement expenditures, which are defined as agreements between the City and its contractors to provide or procure labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services to, for, or on behalf of the City
