All bidders shall furnish a five percent ( 5% ) bid bond provided that bonding is available for service equipment or martials. accepted in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or postal money order, etc. Term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of written Notice to Proceed, issued by the County and ending on September 30, 2026. Work to be performed by Service Contractor under this Agreement is an enhanced level of services to consist of furnishing all labor, mateials, insurance, tools, equipment and supplies, and all associated travel time and expenses expenses to provide and maintain the janitotial services at the Mobile County Revenue Commiission at Michael Square located at 3925 Michael Boulevard, Suite G, Mobile, AL 36609 THE MOBILE COUNTY COMMISSION DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE ON THE BASIS OF RACE, AGE, SEX, NATIONAl , ORIGIN, RELIGION, OR DISABILITIES.
