Work of this Contract comprises replacement of the existing insulated translucent window system wall panels to the Hanger overhead doors including demolition of the existing windows, exterior painting work all as per the contract documents. The work is located within Hanger 7 at 19 Wing CFB Comox, Lazo, British Columbia. The work must be completed by 31 st March 2024, work will be carried out during the winter months on an active air base hanger in a highly exposed location to wind, sown and rain. The OH doors will remain in use by the Owner and will be raised or closed at the Owners discretion without notice. No charges will be entertained for stoppages of work due to the use of the doors by the Owner.
