- The Contractor agrees to provide, to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), Elkhorn Slough Ecological Reserve (ESER) septic pumping services in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. - Septic Pumping Service, Elkhorn Slough Ecological Reserve - The contract term will be from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027. A Small Business Preference of five percent (5%) will be granted in accordance 1896 et seq., Title 2, California Code of Regulations (CCR). To claim the Small Business Preference, your firm must have its principal place of business located in California, an approved small business certification form, and proof of annual receipts on file with the Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Services (DGS-OSDS).
