Renovation of a water / sewer project in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The College of Southern Nevada (CSN), Facilities Management Department is requesting bids for a turn-key project to replace two non-working chillers with one new larger capacity chiller and relocate existing expansion tank and heat exchanger. The owner will supply the new larger capacity chiller. The summary of work includes the concrete equipment pads associated with the chillers, expansion tank and heat exchanger. Provide new roll up door installed in existing tilt up concrete wall to include concrete demolition and new structural steel channel framing at new opening.
