The description of requirements, services, specifications for goods which may be required, and deliverables as provided in this Solicitation and any resulting Contract which the Contractor is required to provide. The required services to be provided are water heater preventive maintenance, back flow testing, gas line pressure testing/inspections, sewer/domestic water maintenance and any internal repairs to any of the before mentioned, inside or outside buildings at the Rusk State Hospital. Contractor shall perform/provide, all necessary maintenance and repairs and internal repairs as needed in order to maintain the safe operation of any of the before mentioned and do all things necessary to safely complete the needed services outlined with this Scope of Work. The Contractor shall provide Preventive Maintenance and inspections on Water Heaters: Clean, service and/or repair water heaters Flush water heaters; Perform any internal repairs, as needed to water heaters as determined by either inspection or by Rusk State Hospital Maintenance Department as needed. By submitting a Response to this Solicitation, Bidder agrees that its Response will remain a firm and binding offer for at least the period of time, 240 days, as stated in the HHS Solicitation Affirmations Questions or requests for clarification received after the deadline set in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this Solicitation) may be reviewed by HHSC but will not be answered. HHSC reserves the right to cancel this Solicitation at any time. Notice of the cancellation will be posted on the ESBD. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the ESBD frequently for noticesregarding this Solicitation.
