Cost Range: $150,000 - $200,000 Furnishing all tools, materials and labor and performing the work necessary to remove and replace the chain link fence around the Ponca City Moto Cross track and to remove and replace the 6 foot security chain link fence along the west and north sides of the Public Works facility. The motocross fence portion of the project includes removal of 4,290 linear feet of existing fence and installation of 4,479 linear feet of new 4 foot chain link fence and 10 gates of various sizes. The public works fence portion of the project includes the removal of 1,052 linear feet of existing 6 foot chain link security fence and the installation of 992 linear feet of 6 foot galvanized chain link security fence and 60 linear feet of 4 foot galvanized chain link fence. In order that the Owner may know to whom further information, addendums, and clarifications should be sent prior to the bid opening it is required that the plans and specifications shall be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk, 516 East Grand Avenue, Ponca City, Oklahoma, 74601 in order for a contractor to be eligible to bid on this project The information for Bidders, Forms of Bids, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Statutory Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the Office of the City Clerk of Ponca City, Oklahoma. The successful bidder shall submit Certification of Insurance for Public Liability and Workers Compensation in the amounts prescribed by Statute with the City of Ponca City named as additional insured. All bids shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into thereon Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for the opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered and will be returned unopened. A cashiers check, a certified check or a security bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
