As of September 5, 2023, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. Window Glass and Gasket Replacement- 5th Floor Butler County Government Center - Located at 124 West Diamond St. Butler, PA 16001. The estimated cost of this project is greater than $25,000 and the payment of Pennsylvania prevailing wages is a requirement of the project using the state prevailing wage rates listed in the bid package. All bids must be accompanied via a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid proposal, and by a Contractors Qualification Statement, Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder and Public Works Employment Verification Form. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bid proposals. Question Deadline 07/10/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Bidders are to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the removal and replacement of 74 windows and gaskets and application of wet seal exterior coating at the Butler County Government Center, 5th floor, as more clearly specified in the contract documents.
