The estimated cost of this project is greater than $25,000 and the payment of Pennsylvania prevailing wages is a requirement of the project using the state prevailing wage rates listed in the bid package. All bids must be accompanied via a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid proposal, and by a Contractors Qualification Statement, Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder and Public Works Employment Verification Form. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bid proposals.
