Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University ("Virginia Tech") will be prequalifying Offerors for the Student Life Village - Phase 1 Project ("Project") and is requesting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications (hereinafter referred to as "Qualifications") from interested Offerors for CMaR services. The intent of this solicitation is to select three to five prequalified Offerors deemed best suited by Virginia Tech to provide pre-construction and construction phase services for the proposed project. Upon completion of the RFQ process, the prequalified Offerors will receive a copy of the Request for CMaR Proposals ("RFP") All inquiries for information shall be submitted in writing by email no later than Monday, November 20, 2023.
