The work consists of rehabilitation of approximately 1,293 feet of 12-inch diameter vitrified clay pipe (VCP) sewer with cured-in-place pipe liners and five (5) adjacent manholes with a protective coating system, and all appurtenant work.

The District encourages participation in its construction contracting by all members of the

3.1. All interpretations will be issued by written Addenda through the District's QCPI link. An
email notification will be issued by QuestCDN to all Planholders regarding posting of
Addenda, but it is the Bidder's responsibility to make inquiry asto Addenda issued and to
download Addenda and include all such information in their bid. Failure of the Bidder to
receive any such Addenda will not relieve the bidder from any obligation under its bid as
submitted.
3.2. Only interpretations issued by written Addenda will be binding; all such Addenda will
become part of the Bid Documents. Interpretationsissued orally or by any other means
other than as specified in thissection will be without legal effect.
3.3. The District is not responsible for misinterpretationsresulting from the use of incomplete

forms contained in the Bid Documents *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
