A. Work of this Section details alterations to the following hydraulic elevators: 1. Building 8 - Elevator #1. 2. Building 9 - Elevator #1. 3. Building 11 - Elevator #1. B. The extent of Work to be performed shall include all labor, supervision, equipment, material, and services necessary to fully comply with the intent of these specifications, applicable drawings. 1. The Elevator Contract shall coordinate all items of elevator work including shutdown, scheduling, and task duration with the Directors Representative. 2. The Elevator Work Contractor shall provide access to elevator restricted spaces and operate the elevator(s) as necessary to permit other Contractors to perform Contract work. a. This shall include a minimum of 24 total mechanic hours per elevator. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all components, including components specified herein, necessary for a complete elevator system as intended by these Contract Documents. System shall meet all applicable codes. MBE Goal: 0% WBE Goal: 0% Estimated Cost: $100,000 - $250,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document a bid security certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount $12,600 for E. All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount
