Reference Number 00003614128 This data center modernization project aims to enhance both the reliability and performance of RVH's secondary data centre. The primary objective is to provide highly reliable, and concurrently maintainable, UPS / power and climate control solutions. Additionally, the project involves upgrading existing infrastructure, including racks, cabinets, cable management systems, monitoring, and fire suppression system, within a new room layout. This work will take place on a live, in production, data centre located inside a hospital environment. It will require a detailed phasing plan to minimize downtime and complete the work in a well-planned, coordinated approach to ensure uninterrupted operations of the live data centre. It also requires the work to be executed in a manner that follows RVH's Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) policies and procedures. Appropriate allowances and considerations must be made for RVH's IT Services access as needed throughout construction. Please note this is a pre-solicitation notice only; the actual Request for Proposals is not ready as of this date. The tentative issue date: July 2023. The contract start date: Fall 2023.
