PROJECT LOCATION On CSAH 17 From Springbrook Drive to 1.43 Miles North in the City of Winona On CSAH 21 From US TH 14 to 1.46 Miles Southwest in the City of Winona ESTIMATED QUANTITIES OF WORK MOBILIZATION - 1 LS; MILL BITUMINOUS SURFACE - 43,493 SY; BITUMINOUS MATERIAL FOR TACK COAT - 391 GAL; TYPE SP 12.5 WEARING COURSE MIXTURE (3,B) - 4,774 TON; GROUT CATCH BASIN OR MANHOLE - 20; TRAFFIC CONTROL - 1 LS; 4" SOLID & BROKEN LINE PAINT - 41,085 LF; and Miscellaneous and Appurtenant Items required for a Complete Project. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Winona County Highway Department for five percent (5%) of the bid or a corporate bond in favor of the Winona County Auditor in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
